Das Kooperationsnetzwerk „3 Dimba“ setzt sich mit den Forderungen der Baubranche nach automatisierten und bedarfsgerechten Lösungen auseinander und verfolgt in einzelnen interdisziplinären F&E-Vorhaben eine gezielte Umsetzung in marktreife Produkte. Die übergeordneten technologischen Ziele des Netzwerkes sind:
- 3D-Druck-Verfahren im Bau
- Einsatz einer Seilzugkinematik zur Materialbereitstellung
- Mobile und variable Ständerkonstruktion für Seilzugkinematik
- Mobile und transportable Container zur Einhausung
- Betrachtung der gesamten Prozeßkette für 3D-gedruckte Gebäude und Elemente
inkl. der computergestützten Auslegung und Konstruktion - Baustoffe für den 3D-Druck und 3D-gedruckte Teile
- Materialien, wie Dämmstoffe und Bewehrungen
- Simulationsmethoden
- Nachbearbeitung und Qualitätssicherung
Es sollen neuartige Material- und Fertigungssysteme entwickelt werden, die Neuheiten auf dem Markt darstellen und den Stand der Technik übertreffen, um dadurch einen Mehrwert für die Industrie und Anwender zu schaffen.
The cooperation network „3 Dimba“ deals with the demands of the construction industry for automated and requirement-based solutions and pursues a targeted implementation in marketable products in individual interdisciplinary R&D projects. The overall technological goals of the network are:
- 3D printing process under construction
- Use of rope kinematics for material supply
- Mobile and variable stand construction for rope kinematics
- Mobile and transportable containers for housing
- Consideration of the entire process chain for 3D printed buildings and elements
including computer aided design and construction - Building materials for 3D printing and 3D printed parts
- Materials, such as insulation materials and reinforcements
- Simulation Methods
- Post-processing and quality assurance.
The aim is to develop novel materials and manufacturing systems that are new on the market and surpass the state of the art, thereby creating added value for the industry and users.
